End-to-End Customer Withdrawal Experience Redesign
Designed a guided, end-to-end withdrawal experience within Salesforce to help customers confidently submit one-time or recurring withdrawals while navigating complex financial rules, tax considerations, and account constraints.
Partnered closely with UX research to create and test interactive prototypes during user interviews, using participant insights to refine flow structure, messaging, and decision points. The final solution reduced errors, improved clarity at critical moments, and aligned customer needs with enterprise compliance and operational requirements.
